She has over 10 years of experience as a natural healer, nutritionist, chef and mentor. Melanie was diagnosed with chronic acid reflux, aka GERD over 6 years ago. She learned modest dietary and lifestyle changes would alleviate symptoms and allow her to lead a fuller life. She realized through this process that fellow Foodies have trouble avoiding common triggers while still enjoying their favorite meals.
